Checkout ZenMagick from github

To stay up-to-date with ZenMagick development it is useful to checkout from github directly and pull changes from time to time. Since that is not how you would install a released version, there are a small number of steps to follow to make things work.

1. Install vanilla zencart
2. Checkout ZenMagick into a zenmagick folder in the zencart doc root
3. On the command line:
   • cd zenmagick
   • bin/vendors.php
   • ant update-zencart or cp etc/zen-cart/* ..
4. Browse to zenmagick/apps/admin/web/upgrade.php
